Do you know what I like to do with Suzanne’s A Way With Words collection? Mixing and matching! Last week I shared a project using a stamp and stencil. This week’s project incorporates the lovely and inspirational ‘Soar’ quote stamp and the beautiful ‘Butterfly Flourish’. Let’s flutter happily into the card instructions as they are super easy!
Kathy Jo here today sharing a card using the inspirational quote from the Soar Collection stamp set and the sweet star from the Flourished Night Sky die set. The die and stamp set are a perfect pairing! And although I used the flourished star for the card front, I could have easily used the flourish moon. Let’s jump into the card instructions!
Are you on board with using planners and journals? If so, this project has your name on it! It couldn’t be easier…Gather clear stamp sets by Suzanne Cannon – Months and numbers, your favorite quotes and sentiments, and create a coil-bound book for each month. Make them small enough to pop into a purse (shown: 4” x 6”) or whatever size you prefer!
Hi everyone! Angela Whelton here as your guest designer. Today’s card is one that I’ve made for my daughter’s birthday. Her favourite flower is the peony …so of course I had to go with Susan’s beautiful Peony 2. I’ve also used several of her new dies including the Forsythia and the Frosty Fern. The Frame It Stitched Ovals provided just the right shape for the background.
Interested in creating some crafty inspiration? Well, you came to the right spot! The card I am sharing today uses one of the inspiring and sweet quotes from Suzanne Cannon’s Soar stamp set, Shoot for the Moon. Last week I shared a happy card using some of the other stamps from the set. I just could not put them away without creating another card.
Spring is in full swing here in Nova Scotia. The birds are happily tweeting, the squirrels are playing, and my garden flowers are starting to poke up through the soil. Spring is so beautiful! I love this time of year.
The beauty of spring and the promises of summer inspired the card I am sharing today. The card uses the gorgeous Flourished Frame die and You Were Born with Greatness Clear Stamp set from Suzanne Cannon’s A Way With Words collection.
It’s Frances here and it’s my turn to post a tutorial for the Elizabeth Craft Designs Team. The new ModaScrap Happy Frame and Happy Frame XL, released in January 2018, are so much fun and so versatile. These can be used for cards, frames and lots of other fun projects. One of the best things about these dies is that you can create frames any size you wish up to approximately 8 inches, and they can be either square or rectangular. All you need to do is cut the die cut pieces to the size you wish to make.
For today’s tutorial I decided to create a framed art piece that can be used for a child’s room using the Happy Frames XL and Vintage Hot Air Balloon Race die sets.
When I sat down to write this blog post, I wasn’t sure where to start! It’s Suzanne here today sharing two very special new items. The A Way With Words collection is growing to include six stamp sets! We’re going to have so much fun combining stamped phrases and images with the dies. You’ll have lots of new ways to create and share your messages of love and encouragement.
The A Way With Words die collection is expanding, so you will have even more amazing word combinations and there are new designs that aren’t words but have lots of calligraphic flair. I wanted to share one of those with you today.
I’m so excited to use this die and stamp combination; this is the Butterfly Flourish die set and the sentiment is just one of the stamps in the Soar Collection.
