Good day everyone, Angela Whelton here as guest designer. As we make our way to the middle of August, hard as that is to believe, I look forward to heading home and seeing my garden there. Among my favourites waiting for me are the beautiful Shasta daisies. They are such a classic summer garden flower. Susan’s Garden Notes Shasta Daisies are a lovely flower to make, and they make me happy. I’ve added Ivy and the Leafy Berry Branch against the Bricks die in the background.
For today’s tutorial I’m skipping the April showers and heading straight to the May flowers. Shimmer Sheetz flowers, that is… Though I’ve planted them on bright and happy cards, these blooms are waterproof so you could pop them onto a potted plant, string them as a garland to hang at an outdoor party, or with a few minor tweaks use them to decorate napkin rings, tennis shoes or flip flops, hair bows and all sorts of accessories and other projects!
As promised yesterday, the Design Team is back again today to share their creations using the new Susan’s Garden products released last week on the Elizabeth Craft Designs web site.
There are eight new wonderful dies for you to help you make realistic and dimensional floral creations.
