Hi friends, it’s Sandy Diller with you today and I have a fun project to share.
First of all, I must tell you that this is not my original idea –– I saw it on Mixed Up Crafts with Samantha. She made her box from scratch and decorated it with a fairy. I decided to up-cycle a box from my stash and am so pleased with the way it turned out!
Here are a few photos of the box that any child (or adult) would enjoy receiving. Below, I have also provided a complete step by step video of the project as well as the links to all the Elizabeth Craft Designs products I used.
Watch the video tutorial below!
This is a fun and easy way to give a gift that is sure to be a hit! Hope you will give it a try.
Our Elizabeth Craft Designs Design Team have again been busy throughout the month creating some fabulous cards using Elizabeth Craft Designs stamps, dies, etc. As most of these are posted on their personal blogs, there may have been a few cards you may have missed. Today we have a few that we found that we thought you might like to see or are worth a second look.
For more information about any of the cards shown below, click on the link on the Design Team member’s name and you will be taken to the blog post for that particular card.
Hello crafters! I’m Diane Prince and this is my first time as a Guest Designer for Elizabeth Craft Designs. I got inspired to do the following card by the wonderful surroundings of the little cottage we rented this summer. The pathways through the woods around the cottage have been landscaped by the religious community that owns the land. They have set up small areas with flowers, benches, bird houses, etc., where you can pray, meditate or simply relax. While walking my dog I came across one of those areas where there is a lovely wishing well filled with flowers and I knew right away that I needed to capture that scene in a card with some of the wonderful dies from Susan’s Garden. Here’s how I got to “Wishing You Well” –
Hi everyone! Angela Whelton here as your guest designer. Today’s card is one that I’ve made for my daughter’s birthday. Her favourite flower is the peony …so of course I had to go with Susan’s beautiful Peony 2. I’ve also used several of her new dies including the Forsythia and the Frosty Fern. The Frame It Stitched Ovals provided just the right shape for the background.
It is my turn to share a creation on the blog so I have chosen some of the dies from Susan’s Garden Notes newest release, the ShastaDaisy, Galvanized Bucket and Frame It – Ovals along with older releases Ivy and Ostrich Fern.
Welcome to our Design Team Focus on New Release for Susan’s Garden. Today Elizabeth Craft Designs are blossoming into summer by releasing 14 new die sets from Susan’s Garden, 10 of these die sets are new flower dies from the Garden Notes collection and we are also introducing 4 new Frame It/Stitched Nested style die sets in Circles; Ovals;; Square and Rectangles.
I hope you enjoy what our Design Team has created using these products.
