Easter is next month, so I thought it would be a good time to start creating Easter cards. Here is how this card was created:
Hi everyone,
It’s Frances here with today’s project. For my card today I wanted to play with some of the fun patterned papers that Elizabeth Craft Designs has recently released in the Through the Lens patterned cardstock packs. Today, I am focusing on the Metal series to create a birthday card for a male.
Memories of You
By Jeanette Horner
This is made in memory of my son Mark who picked daffodils for me every spring. He was 82nd Airborne and passed in 1995.
Surrounding a special photo with Susan Tierney-Cockburn’s realistic paper flowers is a wonderful way to create something to cherish or give as a gift. I chose an oval, but you can use a square, rectangle, or circle for the picture opening and whatever flowers are most meaningful. There are Grapevine Wreaths available in three shapes, and to cut the opening there are Fitted Ovals, Squares, Circles and Rectangles as well.
