Susan’s Garden Designer Challenge – December

December 12, 2017
Hi everyone!

The Susan’s Garden Design Team are back today with our final Designer Challenge for the year.

Christmas is now only a couple of weeks away. When people think of Christmas and colors, the most traditional colors that come to mind are the colors red and green. For our challenge this month, our design team are to include the colors red, green and white with either gold or silver on their projects. It doesn’t have to be a Christmas card as these colors can be used throughout the year.

For our Challenge today we are giving away a $20 Gift Card to use on the Elizabeth Craft Designs website to 3 winners.

To enter, simply leave a comment on this blog post below and answer this question: “What Susan’s Garden products would you like to find under your Christmas tree this year?”

We will select 3 lucky winners in a random drawing.

The winners will be announced on Friday, December 15th, here on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog.

Now let’s take a look at the wonderful creations our talented Design Team have created for the Challenge this month. For more information about the cards, click on the designer’s name under each card to be taken to the designer’s blog post and will open up in a new window.

Sometimes it is nice to have the very traditional colours for Christmas cards, and of course it is easy to do the same sort of cards with different colours. I love the simplicity of the card done by Piyanki Biswas and the card done by Christine Pooler with all the berries on the branches. All the cards are beautiful.

Stunning cards. I haven’t tried the shimmer sheets yet or the soft finished card stock – but I would never say no to being gifted that wonderful Beacon’s kid’s glue. Without the glue, my flowers would just wilt.

I seem to be into wreaths this year–Christmas, florals, branches–it doesn’t matter. So any wreath cutting die or stamp would be perfect.

The dies I want for Christmas are the fern dies and the “love in the mist” die.

The candle holder using the window die is very beautiful. I may have to try to make that this year. Thanks for the beautiful ideas.
