Gorgeous Stamps –– Planners & Cards

February 6, 2020

Karen here today from Craftily Yours! I’m excited to be sharing with you a couple projects I created using the gorgeous stamps designed by Charlene. These stamps are fantastic for journal pages, planners and cards too. So versatile!

First up, this beautiful planner page. Aren’t those florals lovely!!? The larger flower is from the Garden Flowers Stamp Set and the smaller one is from A Field of Flowers Stamp Set. (On the smaller one, I just cut off the stem…) I colored them with Copic markers B12, B14, B16 (blue) and RV63, RV66, and RV69 (pink) with centers of Y23, Y26 and E42. I fussy cut them out to add to my layout.

I also used the Planner Essential Dies Sets 4 (page frame), 8 (border), 21 (note piece behind picture of my beautiful friend) and 26 (tag and sentiment banner) as well as stamps from the Pure Spring (chicken wire), Background Stamps 2 (pink splots), and Moods (sentiment).

Here’s a fun close-up of the story behind the page (which explains why the sentiments I chose!) that is tucked into a pocket I created:

Next up, I created the card. I had colored three flowers for my page, and only wanted to use two, so I used the third one on this card along with that so-sweet girl from the Make A Wish Stamp Set. She is colored with Copic markers: E000, E00, E11, R20, E21, E23, E25, B12, B14, B16, E93, R4, YG03, YG63. This card could be used for any occasion. The best part is that the paper in the background were scraps left over when I finished my page!

Thanks so much for stopping by today.

Craftily yours, Karen
