Elizabeth Craft Designs April Designers Challenge – Baby

April 30, 2015

Welcome to our April Designers’ Challenge with this month’s theme – “Baby”. Els is expecting her FIRST granddaughter this month so we thought a baby theme would be fun! Let’s see what our talented designers created for you this month!

The first project is from Marsha Valk who created this super-cute onesie using one of the Star Buddies Peel-Offs as an outline and colored in the peel-off with fabric paint. This is such a fun technique! Follow Marsha’s step-by-step instructions on her blog HERE.

To match Marsha’s onesie, we have this beautiful card from Candy Spiegel. We love the way Candy colored the peel-offs to match perfect with the pattern paper she used for her Stand Up Helper card. She used the Congratulations Stand Up Helper and the It’s a Boy word die. See more at Candy’s blog HERE.

Our next featured project is from Raquel Mason who created this sweet Congrats card using the Rubber Ducky Peel-Offs and the new Circles die. We love how she used the negative of the peel-off to decorate the inside of the card. For more info and instructions, visit Raquel’s blog HERE.

A very sweet card from our guest designer, Jackeline Rojas, is next. Jackeline used the Tags & More 8 – Lattice die to create her card base and decorated her card with the Eiffel Tower Pop Stand, the Small Tags and the It’s a Girl word die. She used a clever way to create the dress using one of the accessory dies from the Accordion Oval Card and the Tags & More 2 – Deco. See it HERE.

Frances Byrne created this stunning card combining the Rectangle Accordion and the Tag Pivot Card. It is so neat how she used the Paris Edges on each end of the card. To decorate her card, she used our new Owl dies – isn’t he cute?! Visit Frances’ blog HERE for more info.

So many sweet cards today! This one is created by Debra Hensley who used the Congratulations Stand Up Helper and the flowers from Bunch of Flowers 2. The stamp she picked is just adorable and it matches perfectly with the flowers. Find instructions on Debra’s blog HERE
