Inspiration from the Design Team Planner Essentials Soft Finish Cardstock

December Day-by-Day

November 18, 2019

Karen here today from Craftily Yours! Are you participating in the ECD Planner Facebook Group December Day-by-Day? I am! It’s fun and inspiring! I’m preparing as many base pages in advance. As I go through December, I’ll add pictures (and probably some fun embellishments). Today’s post shows several days. (I’ll also add the December date later since I don’t know what order they’ll be in!)

So FuN! First, I want to say that I super-duper love the Reinforcement Variety Pack. So many fun ways to add a little spice to the page. The other dies I used in this page are: Planner Essentials 4 and Planner Essentials 14 – Bookmark 1. The “DAILY” stamp is from the December Moments Stamps.

On the back of the first page is this:

Fun, right? Again, check out the fun variety of spice added by those reinforcements? I also used a Fitted Rounded Rectangle die (for the picture mat) and the “Holly Jolly” die from Planner Essentials 15 – Bookmark 2. I added a few gold Craft Drops just for fun.

I also love the variety of shapes available in the Planner Essentials line! This was cut with the Planner Essentials 13 – Xmas Winter Insert. The deer and XMAS word is also in that set. When opened, it provides two more pages:

The trees are also from Planner Essentials 13 (I just cut them in the middle), and I added a Fitted Rounded Square for the picture frame. On the back is this:

The star reinforcements are part of the Planner Essentials 14 – Bookmark 1 set. Hint: back the paper with ECD Double Sided Adhesive before die-cutting. It makes it SO easy to add to the page. I added a part of a Planner Filmstrip die that will be the photo frame when the time comes.

Thank you for hanging in there with me on this long post! These are SO much fun to make; I just couldn’t stop! I hope you join in the December Day-by-Day fun. Be sure to use #DecemberDBD to be entered for the weekly prize!

Craftily yours,

Karen
