Sending You Blooming Fuchsias

Hi there! It’s Tanja here. The flowers are in full bloom and so I wanted to show you the step-by-step for this blooming fuchsias!

Here is the tutorial:

Step 1: Die Cut and Color the Flower Pieces

  • Die cut the flower pieces with the help of the Susan’s Garden Fuchsia die set from white Soft Finish Cardstock
  • Color the pieces with Alcohol Markers and add shading with Pan Pastels

Step 2: Create the Background

  • Die cut a Stitched Rectangle from watercolor paper
  • Add color with Paper Artsy Infusions Violetta and water from your Mister Bottle

Step 4: Sentiment Stamping and Assembly

  • Stamp the sentiment from the Spring Sentiments set with two colors of ink for an ombre look
  • Shape and assemble the flowers; afterwards adhere them to the background panel
  • Mat the panel onto a piece of pink cardstock cut using a slightly larger die from the Stitched Rectangles set
  • Adhere all the layers to a card base

Step 5: Final Embellishment

  • Add a little ladybug from the Ladybugs die set covered with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew to one of the leaves

How To Create This Prairie Rose Tag

Hi there! It’s Tanja here and today I would like to show you how to create this Mixed Media Prairie Rose Tag using one of the new Susan’s Garden die sets!

Step 1: Die cut the flower and the tag

  • Die cut all the parts for the Prairie Rose from White Soft Finish Cardstock
  • Die cut the tag from black cardstock, using one of the dies from the ModaScrap Love, Life Tag die set

Step 2: Coloring and Shaping the Flower

  • Color the pieces with Alcohol Markers
  • Shape the different parts with the help of the Susan’s Garden All Metal Tool Kit

Step 3: Create the Mixed Media Tag

  • Add color to the black tag using Distress Paint (I used Iced Spruce and Picket Fence)
  • Stamp the letters from the Patterns 2 stamp set with Versafine Clair Morning Mist and heat-emboss this texture with clear embossing powder

Step 4: Final Embellishments

  • Add a sentiment sticker (I used one from the Tim Holtz Small Talk Sticker set)
  • Thread some grey and white twine through the hole of the tag

How To Create This Happy Easter Chick

Hi there,

It’s Tanja here, sharing the step-by-step tutorial for this sweet Easter card. Joset’s new collection contains three new Easter/Spring die sets, including the Little Chick that is featured in this project!

Step 1: Die Cutting

  • Cut out chick and some eggs from white Soft Finish Cardstock with the help of the Little Chick die set

Step 2: Coloring

  • Color the parts with Alcohol Markers
  • Add shading and speckles with Distress Inks (I used Wild Honey, Dusty Concord, Hickory Smoke, Picked Raspberry, Peacock Feathers, Broken China) and highlights with a white gel pen
  • Assemble the chick

Step 3: Create the Background

  • Cut out a background panel using one of the Dashing Rectangles dies
  • Cut another rectangle from green cardstock and turn it into a grass border using the Adventure Edges die set
  • Add some clouds with the help of the Cloud and Grass Stencil, Distress Ink Tumbled Glass and a Mini Ink Blending Tool

Step 4: Final Steps

  • Stamp the sentiment from the Spring Sentiments Stamp Set with Versafine Smokey Gray
  • Adhere all the elements to the card panel
  • Mount the panel onto a kraft cardbase

Bloom Into Spring With This No-Line Watercolor Card!

Hi there,

It’s Tanja here and today I would like to show you how to get ready for Spring with this no-line watercolor card. Below is the step-by-step instruction for the project.

Step 1: Die cut the main panel

  • Die cut a stitched rectangle using one of the Stitched Rectangles dies from watercolor cardstock.

Step 2: Stamping

  • Stamp the image from the Krista Schneider Garden Party set with a the light grey My Favorite Things Grout Gray Hybrid Ink.
  • Stamp the sentiment with Versafine Clair Morning Mist.

Step 3: Coloring

  • Color the image with Derwent Inktense Pencils and a damp watercolor brush.
  • Add dots with a white gel pen.
  • Add shine and dimension to the little blue flowers with Nuvo Jewel Drops Sea Breeze.

Step 4: Assemble the card

  • Mount the watercolor panel onto a piece of patterned paper from the ModaScrap Color of Puppies Girl 6×6 paper pad before adhering it to a gray card-base.

And it’s done!

Hi there.

It’s Tanja here and today I would like to show you how to create this cute Zebra Birthday Card step-by-step.

Step 1: Cut out and add color

  • Cut out all the elements from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Zebra die set and some extras from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Party Accessories die set from white Soft Finish Cardstock
  • Color them with Delta, Touch Twin Brush and Copic Markers
  • Add highlights with a white gel pen, extra shading with Distress Ink Hickory Smoke and some shimmer with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter

Step 2: Assembly

  • Assemble the adorable little zebra using liquid glue

Step 3: Create a background

  • Cut out a stitched panel using one of the Elizabeth Craft Designs Stitched Rectangles and a hill shape from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Adventure Edges 2 die set from watercolor cardstock
  • Add color with Distress Oxide Inks (Peeled Paint, Forest Moss, Blueprint Sketch, Salty Ocean)
  • Mist the panels with water for extra texture

Step 4 – Stamp the sentiment

  • Stamp the sentiment from the matching stamp set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
