Hi, everybody! It’s Ekaterina Oleynik with you today. I want to show you how to make an interesting card for pet owners in the ‘Clean & Simple’ style. My friend has two dogs. She loves them very much as they are not only loyal friends, but excellent assistants.
Step 1 – Start by stamping the images from the Krista Schneider Puppies Clear Stamp set onto white cardstock using black Memento ink. Color all images using markers. Die cut all images using coordinating dies.
Step 2 – Using the large square from the Dashing Squares die set, cut two squares from White Soft Finish Cardstock. Cut one of the squares four times with a smaller square die to create four evenly-spaced window openings as shown in the photo below.
Step 3 – Using an ink applicator tool, add Peacock Feathers Distress Ink to the second large square as shown below (corners of the four windows).
Step 4 – Stamp the sentiment “just for you” from the Gift Wrapped Clear Stamp set onto White Soft Finish Cardstock using black ink. Cut out sentiment to a thin rectangle shape.
Step 5 – Adhere all elements to card using foam tape. Accent with gold sequins.
Step 6 – Layer finished panel onto a top-fold Soft Sky Soft Finish Cardstock card base.
