It’s here! Els van de Burgt’s YouTube video showing how to color “Diamond” Silk Microfine Glitter with alcohol-based markers is online and ready for you to see, enjoy, and share. I like getting to say: Good Job, Mom! I am also pleased to say that more videos are in the works. We want to hear from you. What projects and techniques would you like to see and learn?

Great video. It is always so nice to see and hear all the ins and outs of a project. Will definitely try this. Well done!
I like the technique you do with the Microfine glitters and the copic markers….Gr8 job, Els
Els, thank you for responding so quickly. I thought maybe the Cool is whiter looking and the Warm might be more of a cream. Thanks again for explaining the differences.
Great technique and love the suggestion of using the black peel offs. I would love for you to show us a video of how you design your cards and put them together: color choices, additional stickers, etc. They are all so beautiful. The little touches are what makes your cards lovely. Can’t wait for your return to Roseville.
Shirley, thank you for your suggestions. I am planning on doing more YouTubes so I will put this on the list:-)!
Fabulous video Els. Love that technique!
Wonderful video – thanks so much. Your instructions are so clear and the finished product is AMAZING.
Cheers

Saw this on facebook and I love it. thank you
Very nice. Can’t wait for my order to arrive. Very excited about try this myself!
Els, I enjoyed your video very much and learned a lot from it. I do have some questions though. What is the difference between the Cool and Warm Diamond Glitter? Is one better to color over than the other?
Sue, for this technique there is not a big difference. You will see a big difference when you apply the Cool or Warm Diamond on black card stock. The Warm has more of a gold tone and the Cool a blue.
On white you hardly see the difference.
Great video Els, it certainly looks wonderful & easy to color on Silk Microfine Glitter with alcohol markers & a blender.
