Whimsical Happy Hot Chocolate Season Cards

It’s Elena today! I always love whimsical cards and the Hot Chocolate die set makes it easy to make one. For this project I combined the Hot Chocolate dies with the Snowflakes Clear Stamps to create two very different backgrounds – two cards for the price of one. (Each time ink is lifted from one background, it is stamped onto the other one!) I added touches of red for the holiday season but these could easily be adapted as winter cards after the holidays. Bird on a Wire Interactive Card

Bird on a Wire Card

Since spring is upon us here in Colorado and I can hear birds singing in the trees, a brightly colored bird card seemed like a great way to celebrate. In this project, the bird is adhered to clear fishing line that can be twisted before placing the card in an envelope to create a “spinning” surprise when pulled out. Colorful and fun!
