Hi and hello! It’s Riikka here with another guest post. This time I have a bunch of cards for you. Since summer is time for all sorts of parties, at least here in Finland, cards may come in handy. We have christenings, weddings, barbecue parties and many other festivities and what could be nicer than bring a handmade card with a little something when attending!
DT Melanie here with you today sharing a really fun card designed completely with Elizabeth Craft Designs’ dies. The Circle Background Die was such fun to work with. This mosaic design feels mesmerizing to me. It is actually really easy to create too! Below are the simple directions so you can make your own.
Happy Friday! It’s Karen here with a couple of thank you cards. One of my goals for 2017 is to be more grateful. To show that gratitude, I need more thank you cards! I’m a tad-bit circle-obsessed. Yes, it’s a strange thing to be, but what better way to feed my obsession than crafting with circles. Today, I am going to show you a FUN way to use the Circle Background die along with the Tea Time stamps.
Hello everyone and Happy 2017!! It’s time for my first blog post this year and I wanted to create something monochromatic. It has been snowing where I live and the fresh falling snow inspired me to create this card.
It’s Frances here today. Did you know there is only 17 days until Christmas!!!!! Do you still need to make a Christmas card or two??? Today I am sharing how to create the Christmas above in case you are in need of some inspiration.
Hello, Mary here with a sparkly Halloween card. Recently Els Van de Burgt (Elizabeth Craft Designs) featured a technique for a glittered background in her Technique Friday with Els YouTube video. I wanted to try it with Halloween colors and feature a pumpkin on the front. Unfortunately I only had the Pumpkin die in my collection which is no longer available but you can easily create the same look by using the Pumpkin Peel-Offs which are really fun too. (Or maybe you have the Pumpkin die in your collection, too!) I decided to give the card some contrast by coloring the pumpkin with my Copic markers but if you are using the Peel-Off sticker you might want to glitter your pumpkin using a technique from the Halloween tag card I made a couple of years ago.
