Hi everyone,

It’s the Coloring Design Team’s turn to share their cards for this month’s Coloring Design Team Designer Challenge.

Our Challenge this month is ….. Clean & Simple Card Set – create a set of three Clean &  Simple cards. Select a stamp set and use a different image from this set on each of the cards. Each card includes one colored image and a sentiment.

For our Challenge today we are giving away a Krista Schneider Jungle Cuties Clear Stamp set with coordinating dies; a pack of Dusky Lavender Soft Finish Cardstock and a pack of White 100lb 8.5″ x 11″ Soft Finish Cardstock to 3 winners.

To enter, simply leave a comment on this blog post below and answer this question: Describe your crafting style.

We will select 3 lucky winners in a random drawing.

The winners will be announced on Friday, June 23, here on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog.

Now let’s take a look at the wonderful creations our talented Design Team have created for the Challenge this month. For more information about the cards, click on the designer’s name under each card to be taken to the designer’s blog post and will open up in a new window.

Clean & Simple by Frances Byrne

Frances Byrne starts us off this month with three cute cards using the Krista Schneider Bird-day Party Clear Stamp and Coordinating die set. Frances used Soft Finish Cardstock in White, Sunflower, Brick Red and Misty Mauve as well as ModaScrap papers from the Thinking About Polinesia and Thinking About Rio De Janiro Paper Packs. She used the Fishtail Borders die set from Els van de Burgt Studio to create the angle on the papers. For the sentiment she chose Els van de Burgt Studio Stitched Circles and Dotted Scallop Circles.

CAS Card by Karen Nofziger

Karen Nofziger created a “Thanks” set of Clean and Simple Cards using Krista Schneider’s Row Houses Clear Stamps and Coordinating dies. For the circle layers Karen used the Stitched Circles and Dotted Scallop Circles die sets from Els van de Burgt Studio. The cards were created using White Soft Finish Cardstock with patterned paper layers from the ModaScrap Thinking About … Rio de Janeiro 12 x 12 Paper Pack. She added the “Thanks” sentiment from Joset Designs General Sentiments Clear Stamps.

Tina Guigui Dornbaum created her three Clean and Simple cards using White Soft Finish Cardstock. To decorate her cards Tina used the Krista Schneider Feathered Friends Clear Stamp set, layering this to her carda using squares die cut with the Stitched Squares and Dotted Scallop Squares from Els van de Burgt Studio. To finish off her cards she added a sentiment from the General Sentiments Clear Stamps set from Joset Designs.

Kelly Booth created a set of adorable baby cards on White Soft Finish Cardstock. To decorate her cards Kelly used the Krista Schneider Zoo Babies Clear Stamp set and coordinating dies. For the sentiment she chose the Joset Designs General Sentiments Clear Stamp set.

Anita Kejriwal created this yummy (but no-calorie!) set of cards using the Krista Schneider Teatime Clear Stamp set and coordinating dies. Anita also used the ModaScrap Stitched Fishtail Banners and ModaScrap Color of Puppies Boy Patterned Paper Pack.

Elena Anderson created this fun nature-themed set of cards using the Krista Schneider Woodland Pals Clear Stamp set and the Joset Designs Dream Sentiments Clear Stamp set. To create the layers Elena used the Stitched Rectangles die set from Els van de Burgt Studio. She also incorporated Rich Black Soft Finish Cardstock and ModaScrap Manly Man 6 x 6 Patterned Paper Pack.

Selma Stevenson created the cute set of cards above using the Krista Schneider Dreamers Clear Stamp set and coordinating dies. Selma also used the Dotted Scallop Ovals; Dotted Scallop Squares and Fitted Squares from Els van de Burgt Studio. The sentiments on all three cards are from Joset Designs Dream Sentiments Clear Stamp set. She chose Soft Finish Cardstock in White, Sunflower, Perfect Purple and Ladybug Red, too.

Melanie Smith created a delicious set of cards using the Krista Schneider Teatime Clear Stamp set with coordinating dies. To create the layers on her cards Melanie used the Stitched Squares and Dotted Scallop Squares from Els van de Burgt Studio. The background on each of these cards is one of the papers from the ModaScrap Cucina with Love Patterned Paper Pack.

I love to mainly make cards that are elegant, lots of swirls and layering of open die cuts. But I also like to make whimsical cards. I guess it really depends on who the person is that is getting the card 🙂

  • Heather Tkacz June 23, 2017 at 10:34 am

Love the little guys- crafting style? – eclectic

  • gail June 23, 2017 at 9:00 am

    love the simply designs-cute!

  • Janet Fulcher June 23, 2017 at 6:59 am

I love the cards. My style, well, I would have to say floral. I love making cards with flowers of all kinds. I do make others too, but most of my cards have flowers on them.

  • Kathy S June 23, 2017 at 4:23 am

My crafting style is following the pattern. My creativity is limited to connect-the-dots so I copy the cards I see on the internet using my supplies. I then get cards with different designs and patterns but I know they will not be cluttered or mismatched.

  • Sue Hansard June 23, 2017 at 12:29 am

I have been making cards for over 20 years. Scrapbook supplies were very limited at the beginning, so those cards and my scrapbooks were quite primitive and simple. With so many products out there, I began to make more complex cards and scrapbook pages. But my heart and mind longed to go back to the clean and simple cards. I’m very happy having my die cut machine and many dies, they make creating a simple card so much easier! Thanks for sharing these beautiful cards!

  • Becca Yahrling June 22, 2017 at 5:11 pm

I’m not so sure I have a style. I do like quick & simple. But I want to try so many different products, that nothing comes out as a cohesive style. Love everyone’s cute cards! I need to get Feathered Friends – so cute.

  • Lori L June 21, 2017 at 2:45 pm

My style is laid back and simple. I don’t like my cards or scrap book pages looking too busy. Love all of the card ideas, dies and stamps shown!
I have just recently discovered your company and it is a favorite!

  • Cheryl June 21, 2017 at 10:58 am

I like clean cards as well but love creating different card bases that have a wow factor. I absolutely love paper on paper with no stamping or other embellishments.

  • Kathy June 21, 2017 at 10:20 am

I use the “scrapbooking” style mostly, using dies and fussy cut shapes. Love bright colors

  • Nichole Wade June 21, 2017 at 9:42 am

I don’t really have a style. I jump all over trying different techniques. But if I had to pick, I’d say bright and bold cards.

  • Angelila June 21, 2017 at 8:46 am

I love simple clean colorful cards. I am just starting out love useing your dies they are to work with.

  • Diane Lynne Clemen June 21, 2017 at 8:04 am

I[d like to think that my crafting style is like thinking out-of-the box, in that it’s different. I love layering cardstock and lots of embellishments. But at the same time, I rarely make a card that is not a pop-up, a unique fold or an interactive card. All of these have been greatly received by family and friends. I recently made a black, white and silver exploding box for a bridal shower that I am still getting emails about.

  • Crystal Williams June 21, 2017 at 7:15 am

All of these cards are just beautiful. This is my style clean and simple, although I’m venturing out and trying new things in scrapbooking and card making. Well Done to All!

  • Marie June 21, 2017 at 7:00 am

I love the look and simplicity of these cards. But by the time I am done making a card it is very detailed; and sometimes I
even decorate the back. I just can’t help myself.

  • Kat June 21, 2017 at 6:54 am

I make cards from the haert. No two the same and not too fussy. I tend to go for cute, simple and pretty vice detailed and textures. I love trying new techniques and colors.
Live the variety of cards made by this set and the designers!

  • Beverly Sizemore June 21, 2017 at 6:53 am

Fun seeing these CAS cards done with same stamp sets but different images. I enjoy creating a variety of styles….sometimes clean and simple….sometimes “creatively cluttered.” It all depends on my mood, time and
stamps or supplies used. Thank you for the chance to win such an awesome prize package! 🙂

  • Annie June 21, 2017 at 6:49 am

Love these sets of cards. My crafting style is making things simple with something pop up with dimensions which usually are flowers.

  • Beverly Sizemore June 21, 2017 at 6:46 am

Loved seeing all these cards….simple and using a different stamp from the same set. I enjoy creating a “mixed bag” of styles. It all depends on my mood and whatever stamps/supplies I’m using…..so sometimes it’s clean and simple but sometimes
    it is “creatively cluttered.” (Wink.)

  • Liz H. June 21, 2017 at 6:24 am

I am NOT clean & simple. I am more Layered and Detailed, and put way too much time into each card. Most of them are created for specific people, and my history with them. Love these new Stamp and Die sets though. I am AMAZED at the differences each of the designers came up with in techniques and color palettes on their challenge cards. Kudos to them all.

  • Renee Wagner June 21, 2017 at 6:22 am

I am a person that likes quick and clean cards since I am usually last minute. Your videos have helped me tremendously with this:)

  • Linda C June 21, 2017 at 6:02 am

Most of my craft designs are simple but colorful.

  • Linda C June 21, 2017 at 5:59 am

I love to craft simple colorful cards.

  • Jan D., FL June 21, 2017 at 5:17 am

I definitely like a clean look…not simple since I like dimension and an array of elements. I try to keep an open mind and try new techniques so I don’t get into a rut.

    Cute dies and stamps….TFS

  • Jennifer Showyin June 21, 2017 at 4:43 am

Thanks for the ideas and examples of beautiful cards – simple is best in my book! With maybe a little bling added!

  • Arianna Barbara June 21, 2017 at 4:24 am

    Wow! beautiful cards and prizes!!!
My crafting style is very simple because I’m still a newbie. I would love to be good to make pop-up and interactive cards . They’re so cool!!!

  • Helen S June 21, 2017 at 3:23 am

Love all these simple designs – I may have to design this type as well. My cards are designed with lots of dimension.

  • Cheryl Cain June 21, 2017 at 3:19 am

I love the clean and simple style, I had to learn to love the “white” space. At first I thought my cards looked naked, over time I saw that in most cases less is better. The designs from these crafters are beautiful, I see stamp sets I need to buy!

  • Christine Smith June 21, 2017 at 3:15 am

Love all these cards! You have such a talented design team and such awesome products! My style varies – I love making messy, inky pieces but there again I also enjoy making clean and simple cards too! Wherever my mind takes me on any particular day! xxx

  • Carmela June 21, 2017 at 3:11 am

Love the cards! I am developing my card making skills and I seem to be drawn to clean and simple.

  • Frann Rosenblum June 21, 2017 at 1:55 am

All of these cards are wonderful! My style wavers up and back from clean and simple to interactive, florals and realistic scenes. I rarely make a card without using dies.

  • Norma Bartlett June 21, 2017 at 1:30 am

I like making specialty cards with layers, pop-ups, different folding techniques & always embellishments. If I can put some movement in them that’s also a bonus.

  • Veronica Kinzett June 21, 2017 at 1:29 am

Hi I think that the three cards by Elena Anderson are clean and bright and cute

  • Lizzie June 21, 2017 at 1:19 am

I think there is no word for my crafting style. I love making lots of different kinds of card and love trying new techniques. At the moment I love making cards with doodle blooms and cute animals. I have already made lots of cards using your cute owl die cut set.

  • Johanna Cordier June 21, 2017 at 12:17 am

I love a mixed bag of cards to do. I love to try and experiment new ones, do the old ones. Try my hand at all. It keeps it interesting and fun.

  • Linda Kaufman June 20, 2017 at 10:33 pm

I like creating pop up cards or special folds like accordion cards and cards with scenes

  • Holly F June 20, 2017 at 10:07 pm

My crafting style is messy! By that I mean I have stuff out all over the place when I make my cards! But at then end of the day I think my cards turn out elegant or sophisticated

  • Murrelet June 20, 2017 at 9:53 pm

Beautiful cards! I enjoy making elegant, clean and simple cards, with the occasional splash of color from mixed media.

  • Terri Clarno June 20, 2017 at 9:48 pm

I love cards! I can’t wait to try them.

  • Ramona Simpson June 20, 2017 at 9:43 pm

I really like these simple easy cards that still convey a message and make you smile. My style is fancy folds and layers. I love to make cards that are different and sometimes challenging but turn out beautiful (or at least to me they are).

  • Sherry norte June 20, 2017 at 9:25 pm

Really cute cards. Some are so simple but still really nice cards.

  • Cindy Wilson June 20, 2017 at 9:11 pm

These cards are so clean and simple looking. My style can be be described as erratic. I love mixed media, trying out different methods like z cards, cascade, pop up easel etc and I love hand painting on cards.

  • Christine Kosmak June 20, 2017 at 9:07 pm

A whole bunch of cute and inspiring cards! I’m not sure that I actually have a “crafting style” when it comes to cards. I do like to experiment and play with all of the elements – colours, papers, stamps, embellies etc to see what goes with what and what I can mix and match!

  • Eileen R June 20, 2017 at 8:57 pm

My style is CAS and I absolutely LOVE every single one of these cards. Thanks for the fabulous inspiration!

  • Karen Culpepper June 20, 2017 at 8:50 pm

I know it sounds weird but my style is vintage mixed with a little modern and mixed media! Gotta have some bling and shimmery shine to finish it off! Eclectic and fun is a good way to describe it I guess! ?

  • Crescendo Lobdell June 20, 2017 at 8:15 pm

I love cards with cute or sarcastic sentiments. I love humor and they are usually very colorful to match my personality.

  • Jackie Peduzzi June 20, 2017 at 6:58 pm

Really beautiful cards! I would like to do more clean and simple cards but they usually don’t turn out that way. I love lots of layers, textures and embellishments. I easily get carried away. Would love to be one of the lucky winners!

  • Noel Chandler June 20, 2017 at 6:57 pm

I have recently gotten into Art Deco I love the elegance and glamour. I like to incorporate unusual objects into my designs. One of my favorites was a motorcycle card I made. I rummaged around and found a pair of earrings I had made many years ago in my own motorcycle days. I used one of those earrings on the card. Still one of my favorite cards. The recipient asked me to frame it! Thank all of you for your wonderful ideas! I’m new to stamping and dies and am overwhelmed by everything.

  • Ann June 20, 2017 at 6:32 pm

Thanks for the blog post today and the chance to win!!!

  • Barbara H June 20, 2017 at 6:10 pm

Over the years my crafting style has gone through a lot of changes, but currently I tend towards “elegant romantic.” These might vary from a lot of white and lace to more vintage with stained lace and colorful florals. I love to create cards and journals that will be treasured for years to come.

  • Faye douglas June 20, 2017 at 6:07 pm

  • nancy dempsey June 20, 2017 at 5:59 pm

I don’t really have a specific crafting style when it comes to card making. It depends on my mood, who the card is for, the season, etc. There are so many fun and creative products out there that I can’t limit myself.

  • Carolyn Smith June 20, 2017 at 5:56 pm

Love all of your ideas-they are all keepers and who wouldn’t love to receive one of them. I am addicted to card making but usually chose a complicated idea with lots of detail work. Time consuming but the ones who receive them SAVE them too. I’m new to this site but do so enjoy it. I make cards for birthdays mostly but it all depends on what is happening in my life at that time. Do all kinds and for all occasions. Thank you and keep up the wonderful creative work!

  • Lorraine Mcneil June 20, 2017 at 5:49 pm

We share equipment, dies, etc by doing them together. She loves sending them to her family and friends. She and Dad have been married 60 years.

  • Lynn L June 20, 2017 at 4:37 pm

Love the style of cards in this post. I like clean and simple, but usually avoid images with a lot of coloring. I use colorful die cuts, pop-ups, and don’t mind some shading with inks and blending tools.

  • Janet Gundrum June 20, 2017 at 4:36 pm

I started out scrap booking, but slowly was overtaken by the urge to produce cards for family and friends. This is now my favorite paper craft, although I do occasionally get out my pictures and scrapping supplies to relive some memories.

  • Kathy Marshall June 20, 2017 at 4:06 pm

Hey, hey. All the cards are unique and beautiful. My crafting style seems to change daily. I try to use a sketch, then I start off and my imagination suggest that I really want to do something else. I say that I have a creative mind that is hard to control. So each card is unique and purely custom.
Thanks for the chances to win.

  • Marilyn June 20, 2017 at 2:55 pm

  • Sharon O June 20, 2017 at 1:26 pm

These cards are ALL so beautiful and simple, clean in design, just my style! I really love how the designer pulled 3 cards together with similar papers or colors and perhaps changed the sentiment. These cards are SO easy to duplicate but lovely ! That’s what I like to do; I don’t have the patience [or the skill] for fancy, complicated cards so I really appreciate these works of art.

  • Diane Hover June 20, 2017 at 1:25 pm

Super cute cards, great stamps….love the CAS and how each is different!

  • geri S. June 20, 2017 at 1:24 pm

I hadn’t thought of this 3 different images idea from one set before. Thanks! I don’t think I really have style except for copying! Can I say that’s a style? Basically clean and simple is my first thought.

  • Carol Macsas June 20, 2017 at 1:09 pm

Most of the time – simple, elegant, with an intriguing element. Love black and white and grey with a pop of color.

  • Emily Rose June 20, 2017 at 1:06 pm

I find that Tina Guigui Dornbaum’s cards fit the definition of clean and simple to a T. My crafting style consists of making unique die cut cards that fit each recipient and occasion.

  • Nance June 20, 2017 at 1:03 pm

I enjoy getting ideas from these fun CAS cards, which indeed would cheer the recipient! I like more realistic looking stamps and am working to incorporate fabric into the cards (since I have an unlimited supply of torn or unsalable clothing donations from a charity I volunteer with). Love adding a ribbon per card, too.

  • Joanna Mackintosh June 20, 2017 at 12:54 pm

Gorgeous cards shown above – I wish I could be Clean and Simple – I’m much more fussy and messy!!

I am definitely a clean and simple girl_ cards and scrapbook pages. I do love the matted layers though. These are such wonderful cards, thank you for sharing!

  • Mitzi June 20, 2017 at 12:31 pm

Love the ideas of using one stamp set 3 different ways. My style is clean with usually 2 layers and a touch of bling or shimmer. I like working with realistic animals or flowers.

  • Tosha June 20, 2017 at 12:30 pm

Mine is a grow as you go kind of style. I seldom have an idea when I start. I usually start with different colors of paper and see where they take me. When I get a new die or stamp I am commented to using it that week, usually that day, and the new product takes lead to where the project goes. Todays items for giveaway are indeed cuties!

  • Tracy Bourdon-Thomas June 20, 2017 at 12:28 pm

They are all so cool! I would say my crafting style is “do what I feel”. I love CAS cards but also love mixed media, so I do what I feel in the moment, or what I feel when I think about the person I’m making the card for.

  • marjorie travers June 20, 2017 at 12:27 pm

I like mixed media and making things for gifts.

  • Kathleen Longden June 20, 2017 at 12:22 pm

Keep up the good ideas just love your stuff xx

What cute cards you made. Love them all

  • Joela Pascoe June 20, 2017 at 12:12 pm

My perferred style is minimal elegance, like tone on tone with the occassionaly pop of colour.

  • Rhea Ollett June 20, 2017 at 12:09 pm

My crafting style is simple mostly. I don’t do a lot of colouring at this point, but I am trying to do more of this all the time. I do like to layer things a lot, and do a bit of accessories but not too much sparkle on my cards but not a lot. I also tend to use plain coloured paper, but trying to add more patterned papers now too.

  • Voegelchen June 20, 2017 at 12:05 pm

  • Awilda silva June 20, 2017 at 12:01 pm

Hi. I LOVE USING DIES, EMBELLISHMENTS ON MY CARDS. I LIKE TO PERSONALIZE THEM AS WELL. I THINK ABOUT THE OCCASION OR PERSON THAT I’M MAKING THE CARD FOR AND PUT SOMETHING ABOUT THE PERSON WHO IS GOING TO GET THE CARD. LOVE MAKING CARDS.

  • Ellyn Knowlton June 20, 2017 at 12:00 pm

I tend to put too much thought into a card. Clean and simple is beautiful.
Elena Anderson’s cards totally caught my eye.

  • Janet Schlagel June 20, 2017 at 11:55 am

    Loved your cards.
I would describe my cards as simple-sometimes distressed and sometimes clean but always simple

  • Talitha Wright June 20, 2017 at 11:54 am

The design team is so talented. These cards are full of inspiration.
M y preference in crafting is simple and personalized.

  • Marge Hurtig June 20, 2017 at 11:49 am

I love clean and simple cards because the are easy to mass produce. There are times when I do have to make cards with extra bling and sparkle, I am a grandma to two princesses. I love the ideas and inspiration I get from Elizabeth Craft Designs.

  • Laura Joyce June 20, 2017 at 11:49 am

Beautiful, simple, clean cards. I like all of them!

  • Martha Hazevoet June 20, 2017 at 11:44 am

    Hi Team,
    Wonderful cards, all of them.
    My CAS cards normally are:
    – white card stock (usually)
    – an image that I colour with my Copics or any of my other colouring pens
    – depending on the design, I put a shadow around it
    – I may cut it out into a square or rectangle if the design is too intricate; otherwise I may cut it or punch it out
    – then mount it on a piece of layering cardstock that I have embossed, trying to find an embossing pattern that suits the style
    – depending on the design, I might put a simple bow on it in either silk ribbon or twine (sometimes some bling or other decoration that suits), and definitely glitter
    – if I cut out the design in a square or rectangle I usually put a very thin line of colouring around the edge of both the design and the embossed layer. This obviates having to use another paper layer and it really defines the layers. I make sure to use coordinating colours.

If I knew how to upload my cards, I would send you a picture of the ones I made last night. However, I am not too bright when it comes to computer stuff. Thank goodness I have about 500 people to send birthday cards to, otherwise my cards would grow right out of the house!! Slight exaggeration, of course, but I LOVE making cards. It is no longer a hobby, it is a compulsion! I should join CA (cardmakers anonymous). Always watch Els’s YouTubes, there’s always something to learn.

  • Rosann Basrnes June 20, 2017 at 11:35 am

  • Sharon Powell June 20, 2017 at 11:21 am

    Clean and Simple Give away
Love Elizabeth Craft! Simple but pretty

  • Karen Murphy June 20, 2017 at 11:20 am

When I first started paper crafting, my style definitely tended to be very flowery- everything had to be “lovely”. I stayed away from cute or clean and simple cards. As I continued, I was drawn more and more to cards and projects that make people smile and even laugh. Now that’s my focus. If my card can bring a smile to your face or brighten someone’s day, I have achieved my dream. The cards in this blog are exactly what I love to send to friends and family.

  • Virginnia Herring June 20, 2017 at 11:11 am

My crafting style is probably an eclectic mix of shabby chic, country, romantic and crazy all wrapped up in a touch of what’s new. I love seeing everything the design crew do and love Friday night with ELS classes. I think I have half of Elizabeth craft designs products in my craft room. Can’t beat your soft finish cardstock or your microfine glitter and your designers dies are just amazing. Wish ELS would come to Australia to teach her classes!

  • Amy Cooley June 20, 2017 at 11:09 am

I have a clean style and I tend to gravitate towards cute and trendy products. I also love sparkle and shine.

  • Renee Drew June 20, 2017 at 11:09 am

As a rule, I create CAS cards, although I do like to add a little bit of bling like a couple of sequins or rhinestones.

  • Amy Cooley June 20, 2017 at 11:08 am

  • nancy lauritson June 20, 2017 at 11:07 am

I don’t really don’t have a special style of card making. I started about 6 years ago and I fell in love with Elizabeth craft.
I probably have most of the die sets and stamps, tools, and even some of your daughters. I just love crafting making cards
    for everyone.

  • Sarah Biswabic June 20, 2017 at 11:06 am

  • Tammy Joyce June 20, 2017 at 11:04 am

Not sure how to describe my style. I like details on stuff but not overly much. I like clean and simple but not too simple. And I love color. Wow now that’s a definition for you. LOL. Thanks for the chance to win.

  • Wendy maughan June 20, 2017 at 11:02 am

Hi Ella, my type of crafting is classy and stylish, or on others days it’s shabby chic. The cards are lovely simple but nice . Thanks Wendy maughan

  • Cheryl Robertson June 20, 2017 at 11:01 am

Unfortunately, I don’t have an Elizabeth Craft stamp set to use for the challenge. I have lots of Elizabeth Craft dies but no stamp sets. Yet. I was going to say my craft style is clean and simple but after seeing the cards above, I don’t think it is. Not sure what to call my style ?

  • Debbie DeCamp June 20, 2017 at 10:55 am

My cards always seem to get very elaborate with mixed medias, textures etc. I love these ideas! I do a card ministry for our church and I need simpler ideas. This morning I mailed 15 cards. Keep these ideas coming, they gave me lots of ideas!!!

  • Renee Drew June 20, 2017 at 10:51 am

I do mostly CAS cards, although I also enjoy adding a little bit of bling to jazz up my cards.

Love all the samples! My style leans towards clean lines no matter how much I want it to be ornate and fussy.

  • Michelle June 20, 2017 at 10:27 am

Love all the designs. The creative team did a wonderful job and I wish I had their talent. My 9 year old scrapbooking buddy is my granddaughter and I just recently allowed her to use my machines and stamps. What a wonderful gift this would be for her and me to do together.

  • CAROLE KEENEY-PHILPOT June 20, 2017 at 10:26 am

I’ve been making cards since 2004, my style is folds, love finding a new fold I have not made before. I also love to color.

  • Michelle Nist June 20, 2017 at 10:21 am

I love the simplicity of all of these cards! Just a little goes a long way! My crafting style can best be described as “last minute” – I tend to collect inspiration and then right before I need a card or gift, go crazy! I wish I was a little more organized, but each time I try to craft something ahead of time I see an idea I like better and change it up anyway. :).

  • carol a smith June 20, 2017 at 10:19 am

I do like to keep designs simple., I have a hard time getting too involved with a lot of add- ons , so all this is so helpful for me to come out of my shell.
    Thanks every one!

  • Sandra Heitman June 20, 2017 at 10:01 am

I make fairly elaborate greeting cards. Plain and simple is not my style. Although I like the looks of it. Somehow my cards seem to grow as I start creating. It may start out simple but almost always ends of much more.

  • Nancy Grow June 20, 2017 at 9:56 am

My style of scrapping is to do what strikes me that day and I like clean lines and just hate that I can’t get used to white space. Lol

  • Fraqui Hamid June 20, 2017 at 9:52 am

    Beautiful inspiration as always,
    thank you for sharing.
Love all things Elizabeth Craft designs x

  • Shirley Lee June 20, 2017 at 9:52 am

All of the cards are lovely. I especially like the first set and third sets, but I am a huge bird lover. I have begun exploring different techniques by watching videos. There isn’t a craft store to take classes at close to where I live so I look forward to Friday with Els and the many videos on YouTube. I love the microfine glitter and stickers and embossing folders but like to try many different things when time permits.

  • Jennifer Jordan June 20, 2017 at 9:48 am

I would say I am clean and elaborate. I like to create luxurious and elegant cards with a clean finish if you can imagine (not sure my description translates-lol). I would love the opportunity to win-looking forward to visiting your booth on Friday at Chantilly. Thank you!

  • Maureen Lee June 20, 2017 at 9:47 am

Hello! I alternate between simple card designs with a wow background and multiple layered cards with florals and fold outs. Can’t seem to settle on just one style.
    🙂

The coordinated sets of three are just lovely.

  • Lois Wright June 20, 2017 at 9:42 am

Anita K’s card is simply easy, and clean lines, looks like a fussy card, I love it! Elena A’s card is s nice stacked card, beautiful shading and gorgeous coloring to fill it up. I love hers too. My style is 3-4 elements to make a card. These 2 ladies are my kind of crafting!

  • Kathy Odom June 20, 2017 at 9:42 am

  • Roxy Jones June 20, 2017 at 9:35 am

I love these simple ideas. When I do my crafting classes, I find that a couple simple cards that can be done a number of ways always works. You can use same stamp and do different colors or change design just a bit and most don’t even realize it is same set. These are terrific.

  • Denise Bryant June 20, 2017 at 9:35 am

Love these cute sets of cards! Awesome stamps and dies, and such beautiful coloring!

My crafting style is a bit like Forrest Gump’s box of chocolates, I never know what I will end up with.

  • Ingrid Broekman June 20, 2017 at 9:25 am

My Crafting Style is pretty much ‘By the seat of my pants’. I tend to sit down without any particular plan in mind, and just let creativity take over (often manifesting as procrastination ?) These cards made by your Coloring Design Team Ladies are lovely, and it just goes to show that simple cards often yield the nicest results. Thanks!

  • Renee Clark June 20, 2017 at 9:25 am

Clean and simple is always a winner.

  • Jacki Cardoso June 20, 2017 at 9:19 am

When I mass produce cards, I tend to lean towards the clean and simple designs. When i do personal cards, I like to do incorporate more dimension and a little movement sometimes.

  • Dorthy June 20, 2017 at 9:17 am

I love doing something different. I am not sure I really have a style, it changes from day to day. I enjoy seeing all your ideas and I like to build upon them.

  • leslie cernocky June 20, 2017 at 9:04 am

I love seeing new ideas. The cards came out wonderful. My crafting style is eclectic – mixed media meets digital design.

  • Audrey Pomerantz June 20, 2017 at 8:58 am

I like to do complex cards with lots of pop up’s on the front of the card and on the inside of the card also. I like to use lots of different objects as well as the main focus of the card. All of the card above are beautiful and simple to make in a very short time, if you are in a hurry

  • Theresa A Wright June 20, 2017 at 8:58 am

Yes to clean and simple for me, although I enjoy an occasional foray into shabby chic or vintage, depending on my mood. It’s amazing to look through my photo stream/archives, to see how things have changed!

  • Audrey Pomerantz June 20, 2017 at 8:55 am

I like to do complex cards and pop up’s. I like to take simple objects and make them into cards with lots of pop up all around them. I like all of the card ideas above, but I would make them more complex with pop up’s inside as a surprise to the receiver.

  • Linnea Sundstrom June 20, 2017 at 8:55 am

luv these examples! my style is somewhat CAS, not a lot of layering.

  • Sue LD June 20, 2017 at 8:47 am

Very cute sets of CAS cards. My crafting style is definitely clean and simple.

  • Karen S Plumlee June 20, 2017 at 8:45 am

All the above cards are great. I would love to spend a day in their heads to get some awesome ideas.
I love simple lines, nothing too frilly or complicated. I don’t like it when the sentiment gets lost in the design.

  • Patti M. June 20, 2017 at 8:33 am

I love these clean & simple cards! This is my crafting style, but enjoy adding a little bling too. By the way, I love ECD’s new Moda Scrap paper collection. They pair beautifully with your soft finish cardstock.

  • Marge Burns June 20, 2017 at 8:32 am

All very nice cards simple but still awesome.
