Hi Crafty Friends!
Debra Hensley here today for the ECD Design Team. I have been having so much fun creating with the new Spring Release dies. You may have figured out by now that I LOVE flowers and both new sets of Bunch of Flowers dies are amazing! The flowers are larger and the dies are solid so you can cut all the pieces at once easily. I created this floral topped birthday cupcake card with Bunch of Flowers 4 and I love how it turned out. It’s happiness on a cupcake!
Instructions:
1. Fold a piece of 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ white cardstock in half to form a standard A2 size card base. Free-hand a cupcake shape on the card and cut out. Cut a 2″ x 6″ piece of pattern paper for the cupcake liner. Die cut 3 sets of each flower in Bunch of Flowers 4 from 3 different coordinating pattern papers. Die cut 1 candle from Candles die set from pale yellow cardstock.
2. Ink the front of the card base, the liner, candle and all flowers with brown ink. Add red Glitter Dots to the center of each flower. Adhere liner to bottom of card and trim off edges to match card shape. Add red Glitter Borders to the top and bottom of liner. Color the candle flame with yellow ink. Separate one set of each flower and set aside.
3. Adhere flowers around the border of the cupcake, alternating pattern and size. Fill in center with remaining flowers. Cut the candle in half and adhere with the flame above the top of the card. Add foam adhesive to the 3 flowers sets that were separated and add them over base flowers to create interest and shape. Add Happy Birthday Peel-Off to complete.

I hope you enjoyed making this happy floral cupcake card with me today. As you can see, once the pieces are cut this card goes together quickly and would be perfect to make several of to keep in your card stash.
